Recently, the Action Plan for Legalized Business Environment (2024-2025) has been issued by Cuiheng New District of Zhongshan in order to align with Shenzhen's standards. This marks the first step taken by Cuiheng New District towards benchmarking Shenzhen's legalized business environment, with the objective of enhancing both the business system and public legal services. The ultimate goal is to establish an integrated business environment that complies with legal regulations in both Shenzhen and Zhongshan.
近日，中山市翠亨新區(qū)發(fā)布《翠亨新區(qū)（南朗街道）對(duì)標(biāo)深圳法治化營(yíng)商環(huán)境行動(dòng)方案（2024-2025年）》（簡(jiǎn)稱《方案》）。這是翠亨新區(qū)出臺(tái)的首個(gè)對(duì)標(biāo)深圳法治化營(yíng)商環(huán)境行動(dòng)方案，通過(guò)健全營(yíng)商制度體系、公共法律服務(wù)，推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)深中法治營(yíng)商環(huán)境一體化。
Cuiheng New District (Nanlang sub-district) will comprehensively promote innovative legal services for foreign-related businesses and encourage law firms from Hong Kong and Macao to establish joint ventures in the district.
