在墨西哥，龍舌蘭酒幾乎象征著一種本土生活方式，來到《尋夢環(huán)游記》的取景地瓜納華托，我們拜訪了墨西哥著名的龍舌蘭酒莊Hacienda Corralejo。
酒莊始建于1753年，20世紀又建了這座工廠和博物館，行走在陳年酒桶間，空氣中彌漫著一股醇香。我們參觀了工廠的釀酒工藝，這里釀造的龍舌蘭酒已經(jīng)超過99000小時。
工廠還保留了很多一百多年前的老物件，小小的博物館，收藏了來自世界各地特產(chǎn)的酒，不經(jīng)意間，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這里竟然也有它: 來自廣東的珠江橋牌米酒~
Chinese rice wine in the filming location of “Coco”
In Mexico, tequila symbolizes a way of local life. When we arrived at the filming location of “Coco,” Guanajuato, Mexico, we visited the famous tequila distillery, Hacienda Corralejo. The distillery was established in 1753, and in the 20th century, they built this factory and museum. Walking among the aged barrels, there was a rich and fragrant aroma in the air. We learned about the brewing process at the factory, where tequila has been aging for over 99,000 hours.
The factory also preserved many objects from over a hundred years ago. In this small museum, they collected specialty spirits from all around the world. Surprisingly, I discovered that they also had “Pearl River Bridge” Wine from Guangdong.
