This year, Zhongshan has revised?the “Implementation Rules for Special Funds for Business Development in Zhongshan City (Promoting Offline Trade and Circulation Projects)” to support “first stores” in Zhongshan. For brands that are famous domestically or internationally, their “first store”?in Zhongshan will get supports of up to 2 million yuan subsidy, as well as assistance in their rental fees, facilities needs, construction demands and advertisements requirements.
中山市今年修訂了《中山市商務(wù)發(fā)展專項(xiàng)資金（促進(jìn)線下商貿(mào)流通項(xiàng)目）實(shí)施細(xì)則》，新增了對于“首店”“首發(fā)”的支持，對首次入駐中山市的國際、國內(nèi)知名品牌和其運(yùn)營主體給予支持，最高可以補(bǔ)貼單個(gè)運(yùn)營主體200萬元；鼓勵(lì)國際、國內(nèi)知名品牌在中山首發(fā)和同步上市新品，對發(fā)生的場租、設(shè)備、搭建、宣傳推廣等費(fèi)用給予扶持。
2024?has witnessed?an acceleration of consumer market upgrade in Zhongshan. New projects including Sam’s Club, Freshippo, Yoyi Book,?Fu?Sheng Supermarket and Shenglegou?Supermarket?have already landed, while shopping malls?like TopPark?are set to open soon.?Many "first stores" landed in Zhongshan, effectively enhancing the shopping experience for the citizens.?
2024年，中山的消費(fèi)市場升級按下了“加速鍵”。目前已有山姆、盒馬、友誼書城、福生超市、盛樂購等新項(xiàng)目落地，富逸城等商圈也即將開業(yè)。許多“中山首店”陸續(xù)落地，有效提升中山市民的購物體驗(yàn)。
